Jiri Svoboda

From 1992 to 1997 he studied Faculty of Law at Palacký University in Olomouc, subsequently passed the doctoral exam at the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague. He is an attorney at law with wide legal experience (member of the Czech Bar Association is since 2001) and arbitrator for consumer disputes. In his legal practice currently focuses on real estate and development, litigation, commercial and corporate law. Representing foreign entities in establishing their business in the Czech Republic, handles the necessary permits to do business in the Czech Republic and in the territory of EU, representing investors in commercial transactions. Within his legal practice Mr. Svoboda cooperates with a number of leading specialists in the field of commercial and civil law.
